IOP Announces the Promotion of Jeffrey Sample to Quality Assurance Supervisor
COSTA MESA, California – 27 October 2008 – IOP, Inc., the premier developer and distributor of specialty surgical technologies for eye surgery, announced today the promotion of Jeffrey Sample to Quality Assurance Supervisor. This new appointment is effective immediately.
Jeff initially joined IOP in 2005 as a customer service representative. He quickly established himself as a leader in customer care services and the management of customer-related issues. In 2006, he was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor. During Jeff’s tenure in customer service, IOP, Inc. experienced rapid, dramatic revenue and business growth. Concurrently, Sample demonstrated unyielding dedication and commitment to maintaining superior customer service in the face of such rapid expansion.
His new position with the company will allow IOP, Inc. to benefit from Jeffs’s focus, organization, and energy. He will be responsible for managing and supervising the company’s rapidly expanding quality systems and regulatory affairs.
